TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
🍂 To avoid any misunderstandings, I kindly ask that you carefully read my terms and conditions before requesting a commission.
🍂 My response hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM (UTC/GMT -3), Monday through Saturday. Communication can be via VGen platform or social media.🍂 All artworks will include my signature, which must not be removed.
🍂 All works will be publicly displayed unless otherwise specified (and NDA includes a privacy fee).PAYMENTS
🍂 All payments are to be made through the VGen platform.
🍂 Commissions will only begin once full payment has been received.REVISIONS
🍂 Previews will be sent throughout the project.
🍂 Small corrections come at no extra cost.
🍂 Major changes or a full redo of a finished piece will be charged at 80% of the base price (if the changes exceed 20% of the work).
🍂 For YCH: No pose changes are allowed.EXTRA FEES
🍂 Commercial Physical Use Fee: +100% of the final price
🍂 Extra Character Fee: +40% of the base price
🍂 Very Complex Design Fee: +40% of the base price
🍂 Rush Order Fee: +100% of the base price
🍂 NDA/Privacy Fee: +30% of the final price

Subject to change and mostly influenced by the complexity of the project, the queue, and the full payment being received.
🍂 Turnaround time for the total commission will be 3 to 4 weeks, up to 60 days, depending on the complexity.
🍂 The order is sent by email.
This is an estimated timeframe to account for any potential issues, complexity, or development time. I will always aim to deliver as soon as possible.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, I will notify you immediately about how the project will proceed.USE
🍂 You may use my work as cover art/material for digital streaming on your social networks (just make sure to credit me, no need to tag me, just something like "Art by Cuarenta Escudos").
🍂 You cannot resell, trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own.
🍂 The work will be part of my portfolio and shared on social media and streams.
🍂 COMMERCIAL USE IS NOT INCLUDED in the base price. You can use the material digitally, but creating physical merchandise is prohibited unless the commercial use fee is paid.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
🍂 The character is yours, but the artwork I create belongs to me. Therefore, you cannot freely alter it.
🍂 You must credit me when using the files, or provide appropriate credits in a permanent location.REFUNDS
🍂 Once the sketches are APPROVED, no refunds will be issued.
